Senior AI Agent Engineer

Location: Seattle, United States

Annual base pay: $192,000–$288,000 USD, plus potential incentive compensation, bonus, restricted stock units, and benefits.

What you will do

• Discover, prioritize, and deliver AI, agentic, and non-AI automation opportunities across OCMO workflows.
• Develop, deploy, document, and maintain AI agents, applications, and automation solutions.
• Design, test, and refine prompts and agent behaviors for reliable, high-quality generative AI outputs.
• Build tailored solutions using Microsoft Copilot, Google Gemini, and other enterprise AI platforms.
• Partner with business stakeholders and Digital (IT) to align solutions with governance, security, privacy, and architecture standards.
• Measure adoption and performance, troubleshoot issues, run rapid pilots, train users, and scale successful solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of engineering experience in a customer-facing or consulting-oriented software engineering role.
• Production experience with LLMs, advanced prompt engineering, agent development, evaluation frameworks, and deployment at scale.
• Proficiency in Python and experience developing reliable production applications; TypeScript or Java experience is beneficial.
• Hands-on experience with AI frameworks and platforms such as LangChain, OpenAI APIs, Anthropic APIs, CrewAI, AutoGen, Microsoft Copilot Studio, or Google AI Studio.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, collaboration, stakeholder engagement, and responsible AI design skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Google Antigravity, Claude Code, or OpenAI Codex, including developing Skills and integrating Tools.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, Adobe, Tableau, ServiceNow, and other sales and marketing platforms.
• Experience with TypeScript or Java.
