What you will do

• Conduct patient assessments, take medical histories, perform physical examinations, and order diagnostic tests.
• Develop and implement treatment plans in accordance with clinical protocols.
• Monitor therapeutic interventions and coordinate care with healthcare providers.
• Support medical quality standards, regulatory compliance, and treatment team meetings.
• Participate in training, outreach activities, professional development, and nursing team support.
• Maintain knowledge of drug abuse trends and treatment approaches while reporting workplace hazards or security issues.

Requirements

• Current Nurse Practitioner license in the state of employment.
• Current DEA license and CPR/First Aid certification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, sound judgment, integrity, and an efficient work ethic.
• Ability to work independently under pressure.
• Basic computing and data-entry proficiency.
• Knowledge of medical equipment and procedures.

Nice to have

• Experience with or understanding of chemical addiction.
