Salary range: $120–$140 USD.

What you will do

  • Conduct psychiatric evaluations, assessments, and diagnoses for children, adolescents, and young adults.
  • Develop personalized treatment plans and provide medication management.
  • Build therapeutic relationships with patients and families, provide education, and support treatment engagement.
  • Monitor progress toward care goals, adjust treatment plans, and intervene proactively to maintain patient safety.
  • Collaborate with psychotherapists and other healthcare professionals to deliver integrated care.
  • Oversee diagnostic testing, refills, prior authorizations, records, rescheduling, and HIPAA-compliant documentation.

Requirements

  • Active PMHNP license in Maryland.
  • At least two years of independent practice as a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner.
  • At least one year of experience working with children, adolescents, or young adults under any nursing license.
  • Board certification by ANCC or AANP, PMHNP-BC, DEA license, state prescriptive authority license, and autonomous practice status.
  • Computer, phone, high-speed internet, and experience with Google Suite, EHR systems, and virtual technology.
  • Availability for a minimum of 10 hours per week.
