Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, PA License - PMHNP (Pediatric Mental Health)

Location: Hybrid in Pennsylvania, United States; administrative hours are remote, with clinical sessions conducted in person and virtually. Availability is required after 4pm ET on weekdays and/or weekends.

Salary: $72,500–$175,000+ annually, including a $72,500 guaranteed base for a 20-hour-per-week schedule and $100 per additional clinical hour.

What you will do

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations, assessments, diagnoses, and medication management for children, adolescents, and young adults.
• Develop personalized treatment plans and monitor patient progress, safety, and clinical outcomes.
• Build therapeutic relationships with patients and families and provide education about diagnoses and treatment options.
• Collaborate with psychotherapists and interdisciplinary healthcare professionals on integrated care plans.
• Participate in weekly team and supervisory clinical meetings.
• Oversee diagnostic testing and maintain thorough HIPAA-compliant records.

Requirements

• Master’s degree from an accredited nursing program.
• PMHNP-BC certification.
• At least one year of independent psychiatric experience under licensure, including work with children and adolescents.
• Active Pennsylvania PMHNP/APRN license, DEA license, and state prescriptive authority.
• Own a phone, computer, and high-speed internet connection.
• Ability to work after 4pm ET on weekdays and/or weekends.
