Implementation Manager — SMB (AI)

Location: Melbourne, Australia. Full working rights in Australia are required.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end customer onboarding from post-sale handoff through full activation.
• Extract, clean, restructure, map, and accurately import customer, job, and historical data from legacy systems.
• Lead implementation, technical configuration, and FSM setup.
• Train stakeholders and enable teams to adopt the platform successfully.
• Manage concurrent implementations against time-to-launch, activation, and early-usage milestones.
• Coordinate with Sales, Product, Support, and Customer Success, document handovers, and improve onboarding playbooks and documentation.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in onboarding, implementation, customer success, or account management at a SaaS company.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage a high volume of concurrent implementations.
• Technical aptitude for configuration and customer-facing troubleshooting.
• Confident training, communication, customer management, multitasking, and escalation skills.
• Strong Excel skills, including lookups, pivot tables, and reshaping messy exports into importable data.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude for data manipulation, mapping, and quality assurance, plus full working rights in Australia.

Nice to have

• Home services or HVAC experience.
• Creative problem-solving skills for handling incomplete or poorly structured legacy-system exports.
