hirify.global’s Legal team supports a global manufacturing and technology enterprise through employment law, compliance, workforce strategy, and business transformation.

What you will do

• Serve as the lead employment law advisor for assigned Asia Pacific countries, supporting management and HR teams.
• Advise on employee relations, performance management, disciplinary actions, terminations, restructurings, reductions in force, leave, accommodations, compensation programs, and executive employment matters.
• Conduct and oversee workplace investigations involving complaints, misconduct, ethics concerns, and other sensitive issues.
• Manage employment litigation, administrative proceedings, agency claims, pre-litigation disputes, outside counsel, and litigation strategy.
• Develop employment policies, templates, training initiatives, and process improvements across multiple jurisdictions.
• Provide workforce-related legal support for M&A, integrations, divestitures, and other strategic transactions.

Requirements

• Law degree and admission to practice in at least one jurisdiction.
• 10+ years of employment law experience, combining law firm and in-house work; global technology company experience is preferred.
• Experience advising senior business leaders and HR executives on complex workforce matters.
• Strong background in employment litigation, workplace investigations, and managing external counsel.
• Deep understanding of employment law and regulatory frameworks across Asia Pacific.
• Ability to work across cultures and time zones, including outside normal business hours to support global operations.
