Senior Identity Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Design, implement, and maintain enterprise IAM solutions across Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, AWS, Azure, and SaaS applications.
• Engineer authentication, authorization, federation, SSO, MFA, identity lifecycle management, and privileged access services.
• Develop identity standards, reference architectures, and engineering practices aligned with Zero Trust and least-privilege principles.
• Build secure identity integrations for cloud platforms, applications, APIs, third-party services, and AI platforms.
• Implement controls for AI agents, copilots, workload identities, machine identities, and service accounts.
• Support identity governance, access reviews, RBAC, privileged identity management, incident response, technology evaluations, and proof-of-concepts.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience designing and implementing enterprise IAM solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft 365, Okta, AWS IAM, and Azure identity services.
• Experience with SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SCIM, and modern authentication protocols.
• Strong knowledge of Zero Trust, identity governance, privileged access management, cloud security, and SaaS integrations.
• Experience securing cloud, API, and AI-enabled applications, including workload identities, machine-to-machine authentication, secret management, and AI service identity governance.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills for translating business requirements into secure identity solutions.

Nice to have

• Infrastructure as Code and automation experience with PowerShell, Python, or similar tools.
• Microsoft, Okta, AWS, Azure Identity, or cloud security certifications.
• Experience with IGA platforms, hybrid identity environments, and large-scale cloud migrations.
