What you will do

• Act as the primary bridge between internal stakeholders and core Product teams to deploy and validate cutting-edge identity capabilities.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the engineering team to foster high performance and continuous learning.
• Design and implement strategic identity initiatives, including AI security integration and governance.
• Automate legacy processes and champion agile execution to improve operational efficiency.
• Communicate complex technical milestones and risks to executive leadership.
• Establish and track key performance metrics to ensure the health and maturity of the identity ecosystem.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in implementing or supporting enterprise IAM solutions.
• Proven mastery of the Okta Platform, including OIE, Directory Integrations, and Okta Platform APIs.
• Deep domain expertise in SSO, MFA, IGA, and Privileged Access Management.
• Advanced proficiency in modern authentication protocols like OIDC, OAuth 2.0, SAML 2.0, and FIDO2.
• Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code tools, specifically Terraform and Okta Workflows.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor engineering teams in a complex production environment.
