IAM Engineer (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Plan, design, and implement IAM products including SailPoint, Saviynt, and Okta.
• Support authorization methods such as RBAC, ABAC, and PBAC, alongside access certifications.
• Manage identity lifecycle events including permission assignment and account management.
• Perform integrations with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, and Azure, and various directory services.
• Build automation using PowerShell, RPA, SQL, and Power Automate.
• Gather requirements from clients to align business goals with identity standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Identity and Access Management.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with SailPoint engineering or architecture.
• Must be based in the United States (excluding California).
• Must be eligible to work in the US without immigration sponsorship.
• Strong understanding of API development (REST, JSON) and cloud infrastructure.
• Experience with scripting and code automation.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or Cybersecurity.
• Experience with Privileged Access Management tools like Delinea Secret Server.
• Advanced knowledge of access certification and SOD implementation.
• Understanding of Active Directory and cloud platform integrations.
