TL;DR
Senior Power Platform Developer (Power Apps/Power Automate/Dataverse): Building enterprise-grade business applications, automated workflows, and data-driven solutions with an accent on scalable architecture, Microsoft integrations, security, and governance. Focus on translating business requirements into technical designs, optimizing Dataverse data flows, and integrating Power Platform with Microsoft 365, Azure, APIs, and enterprise systems.

Location: Remote; the department and location header also identifies the setup as hybrid.

What you will do

  • Design and develop enterprise-grade Power Apps, including Canvas and Model-Driven Apps.
  • Build Power Automate workflows and automate business processes using Dataverse, connectors, and AI Builder.
  • Translate business requirements into technical designs and scalable, secure application architectures.
  • Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365, Azure services, third-party APIs, and enterprise systems.
  • Manage Dataverse data models, entities, and data flows while optimizing performance and user experience.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, architects, and stakeholders; provide technical guidance and support user adoption.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5–8+ years of experience in application development and enterprise solutions.
  • 3–5+ years of hands-on Microsoft Power Platform experience with proven end-to-end implementations.
  • Strong expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure services, REST APIs, and integrations.
  • Understanding of application lifecycle management, security roles, governance, and compliance within Power Platform.

Nice to have

  • Microsoft Power Platform Developer Associate certification or equivalent.
  • Experience with Copilot, AI Builder, or other automation tools.
  • Experience with enterprise or public-sector projects.
  • Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD pipelines for Power Platform.
