Industrial Engineer

What you will do

• Manage factory capacity modeling, planning, and optimization to improve productivity and control costs.
• Use data analysis and complex modeling to improve factory and network output, recommending tools, conversions, and transfers.
• Conduct studies on cost control, cost reduction, inventory control, and production record systems.
• Develop and implement equipment, capital asset, and facility plans aligned with changing business needs.
• Optimize short- and long-term factory capacity and space utilization.
• Define tool metrics, monitor performance, improve productivity, and resolve factory constraints while minimizing capital expenditure.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Science, or equivalent work experience.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Strong English verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal direction.
• Ability to communicate strategic and tactical concepts across organizational levels.
• Ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts to achieve mutually beneficial solutions.
