Intern, Supplier Quality (Medical Devices)

hirify.global is a medical device company developing the OmniPod Insulin Management System and delivery platforms for insulin and subcutaneous drugs.

What you will do

• Support the development of quality plans and identify applications that improve quality processes and best practices.
• Update, upload, and track document approvals in the PLM system.
• Support plant-wide calibration activities, preventive maintenance, ERP updates, and record keeping.
• Prepare documentation for authority applications and manage physical samples for analysis, calibration, and vendor returns.
• Help develop quality metrics dashboards and KPIs for operational review meetings.
• Maintain supplier information in risk assessment databases, SAP, SharePoint, and other relevant systems, and assist with raw-material inspections using metrology equipment.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in engineering, statistics, quality management, or manufacturing, preferably in the final semester.
• Strong verbal and written communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Critical-thinking and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail, particularly in documentation review.
• Basic data analysis experience or knowledge.
• Ability to multitask and contribute effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Preferred availability for a six-month internship program.
