Changing Lives Productions is the in-house video production company of hirify.global, producing scripted positive content for YouTube and other social platforms.

What you will do

• Support the Senior Producer across the content production pipeline.
• Lead YouTube productions from script breakdown through pre-production and production.
• Work both on set and in the studio office to support production execution.
• Track key production details and ensure proper on-set execution.
• Assess script complexity and identify logistical and budgetary implications.
• Track and account for all video assets through production wrap.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience producing scripted film, television, YouTube, or digital content.
• On-set scripted production experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of the scripted filmmaking pipeline from script development through post-production, especially pre-production and production.
• Experience with production scheduling and budgeting workflows.
• Strong attention to detail, proactive problem-solving skills, and effective people skills.
• Ability to work in-house at the Burbank studio.
