Senior Production Manager (AI)

Location: Burbank, United States; minimum 4 days onsite

What you will do

• Supervise Production Managers, Production Coordinators, and Schedulers within a collaborative dubbing production team.
• Partner with operations, dubbing production, and technical leadership to establish SOPs and operational best practices.
• Develop and revise production schedules covering delivery timelines, milestones, staff and equipment availability, and final-asset archiving.
• Maintain accurate production status tracking for A/V deliverables, ancillary deliverables, and key milestones.
• Review produced content for synchronization, quality, and adherence to project requirements.
• Direct voice talent for special projects and pickups, and conduct goal-setting discussions and performance reviews for direct reports.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in dubbing and/or post-production.
• Ability to work onsite at least 4 days per week in Burbank.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and composure in a fast-paced production environment.
• Knowledge of video and audio codecs, specifications, and formats.

Nice to have

• Experience creating practical, efficient production schedules.
• Understanding of production accounting concepts and conventions.
• Experience with VoiceQ or similar scripting software and proficiency in Pro Tools.
• Experience with Python, JSON, API tools, and innovation initiatives.
• Fluency in Japanese, Korean, or another language in addition to English, plus experience with prelay animation, interactive audio, or post-production workflows.
