Financial Services Representative

Location: Hybrid role based in Columbus, Ohio, with on-site presence at least two days per week.

Salary: $46,345–$75,500 nationally; expected starting range of $46,345–$60,800.

What you will do

• Process business requests in accordance with government regulations, contract provisions, internal procedures, and controls.
• Provide timely, high-quality service to policyholders, agents, brokers, and internal operating units.
• Maintain knowledge of hirify.global products, contract provisions, processing systems, and federal and state regulations.
• Interpret contract provisions for current and past products and assumed business.
• Identify inquiries requiring insurance or securities licensing and route them to the appropriately registered representative.
• Use lean methodology through problem-solving meetings and team huddles.

Requirements

• High school studies required; undergraduate studies are desirable.
• One to three years of product-related customer service experience preferred.
• General knowledge of office practices, customer service, information systems, and insurance or financial services, including annuities and mutual funds.
• Strong verbal and written communication, analytical, decision-making, collaboration, and problem-resolution skills.
• FINRA Series 6 license preferred and potentially required depending on the assigned product or distribution system.
• Required federal and/or state licenses and registrations must be acquired within the timeframe designated by the business unit.
