Licensed Financial Services Representative

Location: Lone Tree, Colorado, United States. The 24-week training program is on-site Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. After training, assigned shifts may include evenings, overnights, and weekends; qualifying shifts may offer remote work.

Pay range: $21.59–$41.25 per hour. Starting compensation for this location is $62,800–$71,300 annually depending on experience, plus a potential annual bonus of 10% of base pay.

What you will do

• Guide clients through meaningful financial conversations by phone.
• Listen actively, build confidence, and resolve complex client needs.
• Provide clear, accurate, and empathetic guidance.

• Collaborate with teammates to strengthen long-term client relationships.
• Work assigned weekday, evening, overnight, or weekend shifts according to business needs.

Requirements

• Active FINRA Series 7 and Series 63 licenses.
• Passion for helping clients and delivering positive experiences.
• Ability to communicate clearly, build trust, and respond empathetically to client needs.
• Strong problem-solving skills, accuracy, and thoroughness.
• Ability to work collaboratively, accept feedback, and adapt to change.
• Ability to complete 24 weeks of on-site training in Lone Tree, Colorado, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Nice to have

• Previous customer service or client relationship experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
