Licensed Financial Services Representative (Fintech)

Location: Phoenix, Arizona, United States. The 24-week training program is on-site from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. After training, assigned shifts may include evenings, overnight hours, and weekends; qualifying evening, overnight, and weekend shifts may offer fully remote work, while some weekday shifts remain in office.

Salary: USD $28.37–$31.97 per hour. Starting compensation is also listed as $59,000–$66,500 annually, depending on related experience, plus an annual bonus opportunity of 10% of base pay.

Requirements

• Active FINRA Series 7 and Series 63 licenses.
• Strong client-service orientation and the ability to build trust through clear communication.
• Confident problem-solving, accuracy, thoroughness, and empathy in client interactions.
• Ability to work as part of a supportive team and respond constructively to feedback.
• Availability for on-site weekday training in Phoenix from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. for 24 weeks.

Nice to have

• Previous customer service or client relationship experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
