Events Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Own end-to-end strategy and production for flagship event portfolios, including Sales Kickoffs, President's Club, and Tier-1 industry conferences like AWS re:Invent.
• Serve as Executive Producer, establishing creative vision, production approach, operating plans, and budgets.
• Manage multimillion-dollar event budgets, including forecasting, reconciliation, and scenario planning.
• Source, negotiate with, and lead external agencies, production companies, venues, and technical vendors.
• Lead complex cross-functional workstreams involving Marketing, Sales, Product, Finance, and Executive Leadership.
• Conduct post-event analysis to translate insights into recommendations for future programs.

Requirements

• Must have the right to work in the United States.
• Proven track record as an executive producer for large-scale, high-complexity events.
• Experience managing multimillion-dollar budgets and complex cross-functional programs.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple large-scale programs simultaneously.
• Willingness to travel significantly for onsite production and execution.
• Experience with event and marketing tools such as Salesforce.
• Experience at a high-growth startup or hyper-growth technology company is strongly preferred.
