Community Marketing Manager (Physical AI)

Location: Must be based in the Bay Area, hybrid (3 days a week in the San Francisco office)

hirify.global is building the data infrastructure layer for physical AI, providing open-source SDKs and commercial storage engines for robotics, drones, and self-driving car teams.

What you will do

• Map the physical AI landscape to identify key cities, labs, and communities.
• Design and execute developer events, ranging from small hack nights to large industry conferences.
• Build and manage recurring community programs that provide consistent content and social engagement.
• Partner with the engineering and founding teams to develop technical content for community events.
• Represent hirify.global within the robotics and physical AI community at meetups and conferences.
• Coordinate with the founding team in Sweden and the local leadership in San Francisco.

Requirements

• 3-7 years of experience in field or community marketing with deep expertise in event planning.
• Proven experience building community or marketing to technical audiences at a B2B tech startup.
• Demonstrated ability to organize recurring events like hackathons, workshops, or conferences.
• Strong hospitality instincts and attention to event curation.
• Ability to travel up to 40% of the time.
• Genuine curiosity and interest in robotics and physical AI.
