Regulatory Compliance Officer

Location: Taipei City, Taiwan; the position is based in Taiwan

What you will do

• Support all aspects of the Taiwan compliance program, including monitoring, testing, documentation, and reporting.
• Manage vendor and distributor onboarding and regular reviews, as well as licensing and conduct requirements.
• Perform KYC/AML and sanctions checks and review marketing materials, product documents, and client correspondence.
• Manage internal and external audits, regulatory reviews, enquiries, and inspections.
• Coordinate ad hoc compliance projects in Taiwan and participate in joint regulatory and investment compliance initiatives across APAC.
• Advise the business on policy revisions and regulatory developments and help enhance compliance procedures.

Requirements

• Interest in or knowledge of regulatory and business compliance matters in Taiwan.
• Ability to conduct compliance reviews and monitoring against regulatory requirements, industry practices, and company policies.
• Ability to manage licensing, reporting, audits, regulatory reviews, and compliance documentation.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
