What you will do

  • Support ongoing ESG regulatory compliance activities.
  • Monitor and help incorporate new UK and ESMA requirements into the compliance framework.
  • Assist with compliance reviews, assessments, and monitoring activities.
  • Respond to employee questions about policies and procedures alongside the compliance team.
  • Maintain documentation and records for audit and regulatory review readiness.
  • Track regulatory deadlines and framework updates.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in compliance, regulatory, or auditing roles; financial services experience is preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to follow up across departments and communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Detail-oriented approach and comfort with documentation and process work.
  • Ability to learn quickly and work independently on a temporary assignment.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with ESG regulatory concepts.
  • Exposure to UK or ESMA requirements.
