Compliance Manager (6 months contract)

Location: Hong Kong, Hong Kong; hybrid schedule with at least four days per week in the designated hirify.global office and one day outside the office

What you will do

• Manage regulatory matters and provide compliance advice to the Hong Kong office and other assigned regional jurisdictions.
• Liaise with regulators and handle compliance-related regulatory filings.
• Respond to surveys and questionnaires issued by the Securities and Futures Commission.
• Maintain compliance procedure manuals in line with local regulations and group policies.
• Conduct regular compliance monitoring, prepare client compliance reports, and file fund reports with overseas regulators.
• Support compliance activities for the Hong Kong and Singapore offices, as well as other ad hoc initiatives.

Requirements

• Degree in accounting, finance, law, or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in financial services, preferably with an asset management company or regulatory authority.
• Strong knowledge of Hong Kong regulations and guidelines.
• Understanding of regulations covering investment offerings, cross-border sales, and institutional marketing in Hong Kong.
• Knowledge of investment products including unit trusts, UCITS, and ETFs.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English.
