Senior Organizational Project Manager

Location: On-site in Fort Worth, Texas, United States; domestic relocation available.

What you will do

• Support cross-functional strategic initiatives from vision through execution, implementation, adoption, and sustainment.
• Align scope, priorities, risks, resources, decisions, and execution plans with sponsors, stakeholders, functional leaders, and project teams.
• Create and maintain project charters, roadmaps, plans, timelines, forecasts, budgets, governance plans, dashboards, and decision materials.
• Establish project standards, stage gates, reporting routines, risk tracking, dependency management, and action follow-through.
• Facilitate governance forums, leadership updates, escalation discussions, and decision-making routines.
• Support AI-enabled and digitally enabled transformation through prioritization, governance, adoption measurement, capability building, and value realization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent directly related experience.
• 7 years of relevant experience and 5 years of demonstrated leadership.
• Fluent English reading, writing, comprehension, and communication skills required.
• Experience with strategic initiatives, business transformation, operating model design, process improvement, integrations, reorganizations, or associate experience initiatives.
• Experience developing roadmaps, governance routines, adoption plans, dashboards, lessons learned, sustainment mechanisms, or continuous improvement practices.
• On-site work in Fort Worth, Texas is required; visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Project management, learning management, or change management certification such as PMI, PROSCI, or ATD.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• Experience in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or another regulated industry.
