What you will do

• Develop embedded C/C++ software and real-time applications for navigation products.
• Build software tools, diagnostics, and infrastructure for hardware bring-up, factory testing, and manufacturing.
• Collaborate with product management, hardware engineers, and the wider R&D team to align requirements, designs, schedules, and deliverables.
• Contribute to the design of future products and take ownership of project components, deadlines, and progress reporting.
• Deliver production-quality software in compliance with relevant international, regional, and industry standards.
• Use modern AI-assisted tools to improve coding workflows and problem-solving.

Requirements

• Degree in computer systems, software engineering, mechatronics, or a related engineering discipline.
• Proficiency in C/C++ is mandatory.
• At least 4 years of experience with complex C/C++ embedded software products.
• Experience with embedded systems, microcontrollers, low-power electronics, and real-time application development.
• Experience taking software through product development and releasing production-quality solutions.
• Strong communication, attention to detail, time management, ownership, and ability to analyze complex technical information.

Nice to have

• Linux, containerized applications, and FreeRTOS experience.
• Low-level programming for STMicroelectronics STM32 microcontrollers.
• Mathematics, physics, control systems, MATLAB, or Python experience.
• ARM Cortex-A53 and AMD/Xilinx Zynq UltraScale+ MPSoC experience in FPGA SoC environments.
• Experience with the Yocto Project for custom embedded Linux distributions.
