Procurement Manager (iGaming)

Location: Milan, Italy, with a hybrid working model

Salary: €57,258–€69,445 gross per year under the Commercio collective agreement, Quadro level. 12-month fixed-term contract.

What you will do

• Lead a team of buyers and report to the Head of Category within the Flutter SEA Procurement Team.
• Develop and implement category strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Manage the assigned supplier base through the risk and sustainability program.
• Execute end-to-end sourcing projects focused on cost efficiency and quality.
• Coordinate internal stakeholders through RFX processes, contract negotiation, and contract definition with Legal and Finance.
• Lead multi-country RFX processes and negotiations while implementing procurement best practices.

Requirements

• Experience developing and implementing sourcing strategies that deliver value, efficiency, and cost savings.
• Strong negotiation skills and focus on effective commercial outcomes.
• Ability to connect procurement strategies with broader business objectives.
• Strong stakeholder relationship management and prioritization skills.
• Experience leading, supporting, and developing a team.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.
