What you will do

• Own daily logistics operations for equipment and spare-parts distribution across connected customer centers.
• Develop logistics strategies, plans, processes, and KPIs aligned with profitability, sustainability, quality, and delivery targets.
• Lead warehouse performance, inventory accuracy, capacity planning, transportation, order fulfillment, and resource utilization.
• Build a strong safety, health, environment, and quality culture while coaching, developing, and empowering the logistics team.
• Drive Lean process improvement, standardization, digitalization, automation, and operational excellence initiatives.
• Collaborate with Production, Sales, Marketing, Aftermarket, IT, Procurement, Customer Service, and Finance on customer-center onboarding and supply chain improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering.
• More than 5 years of experience in logistics and supply chain management within manufacturing, including transportation, warehousing, inventory, distribution, and order fulfillment.
• At least 5 years of experience managing a growing team.
• Experience with warehouse operations, logistics KPIs, data analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement.
• Knowledge of ERP systems, WMS, supply chain analytics, Microsoft 365, and AI technologies; SAP knowledge is beneficial.
• Excellent Italian and English are mandatory. Strong communication, problem-solving, ownership, and customer-focus skills are required.

Nice to have

• Lean Six Sigma certification.
• PMP certification or substantial project management experience.
• Knowledge of SAP.
