What you will do

• Manage end-to-end inventory planning, covering the process from purchase requisition to customer invoice.
• Define inventory policies and maintain parameters such as safety stock, reorder points, lot size, and lead times in ERP systems.
• Coordinate material planning and ensure purchase requisitions are converted into purchase orders.
• Collaborate with buyers to optimize supplier on-time delivery, quality, and flexibility.
• Support internal customer service inquiries regarding inventory levels and availability.

Requirements

• Degree in management engineering.
• Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Frosinone, Italy.
• Availability for flexible working hours, rotating shifts, and business travel.
