Bilingual Outreach Coordinator (Healthcare)

Location: Riverside, California, United States; hybrid work combining work-from-home options with field engagements, home visits, and community travel.

Salary: $20–$23 per hour, with quarterly bonus opportunities and annual merit increases.

What you will do

• Develop targeted outreach strategies to identify potential members and increase enrollment.
• Build relationships with healthcare providers, community-based organizations, foster agencies, and county facilities to generate referrals.
• Represent the organization at community events, health fairs, meetings, and enrollment drives.
• Educate healthcare providers and facilities about programs and enrollment benefits.
• Organize health events and informational sessions promoting the Enhanced Care Management program.
• Collect stakeholder and community feedback and collaborate with marketing and care management teams to improve outreach.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in community outreach, sales, or public health advocacy, preferably in healthcare or social services.
• Knowledge of the health needs and cultural dynamics of Riverside and San Bernardino counties and familiarity with local health resources and systems.
• Strong sales, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse groups.
• Ability to work independently, meet enrollment targets, and contribute to team efforts.
• Effective communication in both English and Spanish is required; willingness to travel for home visits and community engagement is also required.

• Experience exceeding sales, enrollment, or member recruitment targets.
• Knowledge of healthcare programs, policies, and enrollment processes.
