Finance Intern, Financial Planning & Analysis

Location: Onsite at the Woodlands manufacturing site in Singapore, W3. Travel: None.

hirify.global operates a large electronics manufacturing site in Singapore and supports recording media operations.

What you will do

• Consolidate and analyze weekly and monthly financial outlooks and actual performance results.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, corporate submissions, and cost tracking.
• Prepare recurring finance reports, dashboards, and operational metrics.
• Cleanse, validate, and analyze data to improve reporting accuracy and efficiency.
• Develop dashboards and visualizations using Power BI and other analytics tools.
• Support process improvement, workflow automation, fixed asset verification, tagging, inventory counts, and data reconciliation.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Basic understanding of finance, accounting, budgeting, or financial reporting.
• Basic programming skills in Python.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to commit to a full-time internship from January through June.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP and accounting platforms.
• Exposure to Power BI, Tableau, KNIME, or Alteryx.
