Finance Manager

Location: Singapore; at least 3 days in the office

What you will do

• Support revenue planning, budgeting, and forecasting for Asia Pacific markets using COE baselines and cluster input.
• Analyze emerging cross-border business-driver trends and explain their impact to Finance management and stakeholders.
• Lead payment-volume analysis and support quarterly earnings preparation.
• Develop analytical storyboards, business review materials, and management presentations.
• Create and improve techniques for analyzing, measuring, and forecasting business performance, including relevant use of AI.
• Perform scenario modeling, identify business implications, and present complex analysis clearly.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accountancy, Economics, or an equivalent field.
• At least 8 years of relevant post-qualification experience, including at least 4 years in financial analysis.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, data visualization, communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
• Experience working with large datasets and across finance, systems, and strategy teams in a matrix organization.
• Expertise in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Digital fluency, including the ability to use Generative AI tools such as ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot.

Nice to have

• Experience in technology, digital commerce, or e-commerce industries.
• Experience with TM1, Hyperion, Microsoft Power BI, or financial databases.
