Manager, AI & Systems Orchestration

Location: Remote within the United States or Canada

Compensation: Canada CA$165K–CA$190K; United States $120K–$140K

What you will do

• Own the full lifecycle of Salesforce Agentforce agents, including design, development, testing, deployment, and optimization.
• Architect Data360 and Snowflake integration layers to build unified customer profiles for real-time AI context.
• Design prompts, agentic logic, dynamic routing, and non-linear workflows that improve response quality and prevent hallucinations.
• Establish agent scopes, guardrails, circuit breakers, and adversarial testing practices for secure and compliant autonomous systems.
• Oversee API integrations and data synchronization between customer-data platforms and go-to-market systems.
• Partner with Sales, Support, and Customer Success leadership to identify processes suitable for autonomous automation.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in GTM systems engineering, business systems analysis, or technology orchestration.
• Hands-on experience implementing or managing autonomous AI agents in an enterprise environment.
• Strong proficiency in prompt engineering, agentic logic design, and error-trapping non-linear workflows.
• Familiarity with Snowflake, Data360, Agentforce, and API integrations.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to translate operational friction into AI solutions.

Nice to have

• Salesforce Agentforce implementation experience.
• Salesforce Admin Certification or relevant AI/systems certification.
