Agent Architect (AI)

Location: Anywhere, USA; fully remote except for employees living in New York City and New Jersey, who work from the Manhattan office 6 days per month.

Estimated base salary: $120,000–$130,000 per year, plus potential bonus and benefits.

What you will do

• Build and maintain autonomous AI workflows, including Policy Agents, Damages Assistants, and Litigation Agents, in demo and trial environments.
• Partner with Sales and Customer Success teams on trial objectives, translating client goals into workflows, prompts, and agents.
• Configure AI prompt libraries and lead technical implementation during trial discovery and setup.
• Guide Sales Engineers and colleagues in creating custom demo flows and updating demo environments for product releases.
• Troubleshoot permissions, conduct end-user testing, and optimize workflows for adoption during trials and after rollout.
• Create agentic documentation and deliver AI and agent training to LSAP and Customer Success teams.

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce and hirify.global.
• Strong Salesforce administration and configuration skills; Salesforce Certified Agentforce Specialist certification is required.
• 2+ years of experience with Salesforce automations and strong knowledge of Flow, including record-triggered flows, collections, loops, and third-party Lightning components.
• Project management experience delivering complex projects within scope, timeline, and budget constraints.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple customers and tasks while responding quickly during AI and agentic free trials.

Nice to have

• Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certification.
