AI Sales Intelligence Analyst

Location: Seattle, Washington, United States; remote employees are not being considered. The role is associated with a hybrid work arrangement.

Annual base pay: $77,400–$116,200, plus potential incentive compensation, bonus, restricted stock units, and benefits.

What you will do

• Partner with Sales Operations, Finance, IT, and sales leadership to translate business questions into AI agents, tools, semantic models, and data products.
• Build and maintain conversational AI agents for sales, pipeline, bookings, discounting, and territory analysis.
• Integrate SharePoint, Salesforce, Snowflake, Databricks, and BigQuery into a unified sales intelligence layer.
• Develop agent components, analyst sub-agents, tools, connectors, YAML semantic models, retrieval pipelines, and vector search indexes.
• Build data pipelines that provide agent tools, embeddings, and evaluation datasets.
• Evaluate agent quality and support security reviews, deployment, documentation, onboarding, and user enablement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in data analytics, data engineering, analytics engineering, or applied AI/ML, with equivalent academic, research, internship, or personal AI experience considered.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, tool use or function calling, and retrieval-augmented generation.
• Experience with an agent framework such as Agent Development Kit, LangGraph, LangChain, Vertex AI Agent Builder, or Snowflake Cortex Agents.
• Solid SQL skills, Python proficiency for data work and API integrations, and experience with Snowflake, BigQuery, or Databricks.
• Understanding of enterprise AI governance, access controls, PII handling, and responsible AI practices.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with FastAPI, Next.js, or similar full-stack technologies.
• Experience with Google Cloud or Microsoft Azure.
• Experience with Salesforce opportunity, forecasting, or territory data.
• Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Experience supporting sales, revenue operations, or another go-to-market organization.
