Production Supervisor I (Manufacturing)

Location: Teparuk, Thailand; onsite shift work. Travel: None.

hirify.global operates a Teparuk manufacturing site producing nano-recording heads for hard disk drives and employing more than 4,000 people.

What you will do

• Organize workflow and ensure employees understand their duties and delegated tasks.
• Plan manpower and resources to execute production schedules and meet quality standards.
• Facilitate communication between upper management and shop-floor employees.
• Use data analytics to improve production performance and generate insights from manufacturing data.
• Lead digital transformation initiatives and foster innovation and adaptability within the team.

Requirements

• Strong leadership, people management, teamwork, and communication skills.
• Self-organized, proactive, adaptable, and able to solve complex problems creatively.
• Competency in Microsoft Office, analytics, and data visualization tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Thai and English.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in manufacturing operations, management, manufacturing information technology, logistics and supply chain, data analytics, or a related field; new graduates are welcome.

Nice to have

• Experience with SQL, Tableau, or Power BI.
• TOEIC score of 600.
