Test Process Engineer II (Drive Backend Test Process)

Location: Korat, Thailand; onsite manufacturing role

What you will do

• Develop planning assumptions, execute strategic initiatives, and drive manufacturing results against business objectives and production targets.
• Manage backend test process readiness, process control, and continuous improvement activities.
• Analyze process performance data, identify gaps, and implement corrective and preventive actions to improve yield, quality, and productivity.
• Establish and maintain process control systems that support process stability, product quality, and manufacturing efficiency.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Maintenance, Production, and other cross-functional teams.
• Lead process change management, cost reduction, efficiency improvement, NPI, and process qualification activities.

Requirements

• Experience with backend test processes, manufacturing process control, and process improvement initiatives.
• Knowledge of statistical analysis, data-driven decision-making, and manufacturing performance metrics.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, basic SQL, Python, HTML, automation, and data analytics tools.
• Experience supporting new product introductions, process qualification, and change management in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Good command of English is required for reading, writing, and verbal communication.
