Senior Manager, RDBU Patient Access Technology Strategy and Operations

Location: Washington D.C., District of Columbia, United States

What you will do

• Lead project management for the RDBU Patient Access OneCRM transition, including planning, coordination, deployment, and cutover activities.
• Coordinate requirements, system readiness, data migration, testing, training, change management, and post-launch stabilization.
• Drive CRM capability advancement by translating Patient Access needs into enhancement requirements and prioritizing the technology roadmap.
• Track milestones, risks, dependencies, governance updates, and decision points across multiple high-priority initiatives.
• Align Patient Access, PAR, IT, training, compliance, analytics, and other stakeholders in a matrixed environment.
• Prepare meeting materials, manage action items, and support compliance with applicable SOPs.

Requirements

• Experience in Patient Access, including understanding of hub and PSP processes and compliance.
• Strong planning, project management, communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience developing and implementing cross-functional technology solutions.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fluid, fast-paced environment.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment with shared accountabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with initiative and independence.
