TL;DR
Affiliate Performance Analyst (iGaming) (iGaming/performance analytics): Analyzing partner, affiliate, content, and placement performance across traffic, conversions, deposits, revenue, and commissions with an accent on dashboards, attribution validation, and actionable commercial insights. Focus on testing end-to-end user journeys, identifying tracking and UX issues, modeling revenue scenarios, and using AI to automate analysis and improve reporting.
Location: Remote in Europe; department location: Malta, Malta.

What you will do
- Track and analyze partner performance across traffic, signups, conversions, deposits, revenue, and commissions.
- Identify performance trends, high- and under-performing partners, content, and placements, and provide optimization recommendations.
- Test partner platforms and end-to-end user journeys, including registration, onboarding, deposits, promotions, and conversion flows.
- Validate affiliate links, tracking, attribution, and reporting while investigating broken links, UX friction, and data discrepancies.
- Build recurring dashboards, reports, performance summaries, and revenue scenarios for the commercial team and leadership.
- Collaborate with Commercial, Content, Product, and partner teams on performance improvements, reviews, renewals, negotiations, and ad hoc analysis.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in analytics, performance marketing, affiliate or partnership operations, or a related data-driven commercial role.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and data-validation skills with a commercial mindset.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets.
- Experience analyzing performance metrics, conversion funnels, partner performance, and revenue data.
- Ability to test platforms and customer journeys, identify tracking, UX, attribution, and conversion issues, and build clear dashboards and reports.
- Strong command of English, written and verbal.
Nice to have
- Experience building AI-powered workflows, automations, or lightweight analytical tools.
- Experience with affiliate marketing, performance marketing, partnerships, digital media, analytics, or BI tools.
- Understanding of affiliate tracking, attribution, CPA, revenue share, and performance-based commercial models.
- Experience analyzing content, SEO, digital placements, and large partner or customer datasets.
- Crypto, blockchain, fintech, or iGaming experience.
