Customer Insights & Strategy Executive

What you will do

• Provision, transform, and format data from large datasets for analysis.
• Produce datapoints and insights for client presentations, industry events, and commercial opportunities.
• Maintain regular dashboards and reporting using Tableau, Power BI, and Databricks.
• Review and coordinate inbound data requests, tracking progress and prioritisation.
• Support presentation creation, training content, and alignment with brand guidelines.
• Work with Managed Services teams and clients to document outcomes from strategic recommendations and attend client meetings.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of professional online marketing experience.
• Understanding of affiliate marketing strategies and online marketing channels.
• Competence with Excel, including basic formulas, pivot tables, and VLOOKUPs.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Competence using Tableau and/or Power BI.
• Strong written and verbal communication, attention to detail, initiative, and a desire to understand the reasons behind data trends.
