Sr Engineering Specialist (HGA Maintenance Engineering)

Location: Teparuk, Thailand

Company

hirify.global operates a Teparuk manufacturing site producing nano-recording heads for hard disk drives.

What you will do

• Support HGA maintenance activities to achieve production volume and delivery targets.
• Perform preventive maintenance, machine repairs, and machine setup for automated equipment and tooling.
• Investigate frontline equipment issues, identify root causes, report findings, and follow up on machine status after repairs.
• Monitor machine KPIVs and KPOVs through Tableau or log files to control HGA quality and report out-of-control conditions.
• Initiate Kaizen projects and other equipment or process improvements in consultation with supervisors and engineers.

Requirements

• Diploma or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to work across multiple teams.
• Interest in automation technology and strong problem-solving skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Teams.
• English proficiency is an advantage.
