What you will do

• Maintain architectural integrity across customer environments through technical advice, governance, and design authority for converged network solutions.
• Design and oversee complex ICT solutions covering networking, voice, video, cloud, security, and managed services.
• Prepare and review technical designs, bills of materials, proposals, costings, infrastructure assessments, and risk assessments.
• Lead end-to-end solution development and delivery, supporting implementation, operational changes, and major project change requests.
• Partner with Sales and customers to identify opportunities, develop value-driven solutions, and present technical proposals to executives.
• Provide Level 3 technical support, troubleshooting, architectural guidance, and continuous service improvement.

Requirements

• 7+ years of senior ICT experience, including 3+ years in pre-sales or Embedded/Operational Architect roles supporting enterprise customers.
• Expertise in technical designs, bills of materials, proposals, change requests, and architectural governance across complex ICT environments.
• Experience with managed services, corporate networks, operational support, troubleshooting, and architectural leadership.
• Technical knowledge of networking, data centres, AWS or Azure cloud platforms, security, monitoring tools, and telecommunications/IP services.
• Strong project coordination, analytical, communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
• Tertiary qualifications in IT or Engineering; Cisco, Juniper, or ITIL certifications are highly regarded.
