Consulting Solutions Architect

What you will do

• Advise a portfolio of high-value enterprise focus accounts as a trusted technical advisor.
• Develop multi-year technology roadmaps connecting managed services with professional services transformation.
• Lead discovery and solution design for complex, multi-vendor solutions across cloud, infrastructure, cybersecurity, EUC, and digital technologies.
• Create Statements of Work, High-Level Designs, technical proposals, business cases, and ROI models.
• Partner with Account Directors, sales specialists, presales SMEs, and managed services teams on demand generation, RFI/RFP responses, and proposal sizing and pricing.
• Mentor junior staff and share customer and industry insights with internal product and service development teams.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in presales, solutions architecture, or technical consulting within an MSP or VAR environment.
• Expertise across public or hybrid cloud, modern networking, cybersecurity frameworks, and managed service operations.
• Ability to translate technical problems into business outcomes and commercially viable, operationally supportable solutions.
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills, including C-level engagement.
• Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement in Dublin, Ireland.
