USA SCIB Portfolio Management Analyst - CIB Lending

Location: Miami, United States. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without requiring employer sponsorship.

Annual base pay: $67,500–$110,000 USD.

What you will do

• Perform financial spreading and basic credit analysis for assigned borrowers.
• Support quarterly and annual credit reviews by gathering financial statements, covenant certificates, collateral data, ratings inputs, and borrower updates.
• Maintain trackers for financial reporting, covenants, borrowing base certificates, collateral, insurance, and review obligations.
• Identify missing or late deliverables, data inconsistencies, and potential exceptions for escalation.
• Support amendments, waivers, lifecycle event tracking, audits, regulatory requests, and portfolio documentation.
• Prepare covenant dashboards, exception trackers, recurring status reports, and portfolio data extracts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in credit analysis, finance, accounting, banking, lending operations, portfolio monitoring, agency, or risk management.
• Foundational knowledge of financial statements, credit analysis, Excel, and corporate finance.
• Strong analytical, organizational, written communication, data-entry, and financial-spreading skills.
• High accuracy, attention to detail, reliable follow-through, and comfort with recurring deadlines and tracking tools.
• Legal authorization to work full-time in the United States without employer sponsorship is required.

Nice to have

• Exposure to infrastructure finance, structured finance, leveraged finance, investment-grade corporate lending, GTB, banking, credit, or lending.
• Established work history or equivalent experience demonstrated through training, military service, or education.
