Director, International Marketing Management (PL)

Salary: $105,600–$234,600 per year

What you will do

• Define and execute the strategic vision, operating model, and integrated marketing plans for the International segment.
• Drive client acquisition, engagement, relationship deepening, and long-term business growth among international investors.
• Partner with the International Business to shape growth strategies, priorities, and client experiences.
• Synthesize audience, market, competitive, and performance insights into actionable recommendations.
• Navigate international and regulatory complexity while improving measurement, experimentation, optimization, and return on investment.
• Build cross-functional partnerships and lead, coach, and develop a high-performing International Marketing team.

Requirements

• 10+ years of marketing experience, including significant experience leading international marketing strategies and teams.
• Deep expertise in international marketing, audience strategy, and integrated marketing planning.
• Strong understanding of international investors seeking access to U.S. markets, products, and expertise.
• Proven ability to convert audience insights, market intelligence, and business priorities into measurable marketing results.
• Strong strategic thinking, business acumen, communication, influence, stakeholder management, and operational improvement skills.
• Experience hiring, developing, and retaining high-performing talent in an inclusive, highly engaged team culture.
