What you will do
- Follow up proactively with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and components.
- Track purchase order confirmations and shipping information.
- Maintain accurate order and delivery data.
- Identify and escalate delivery and supply risks early.
- Coordinate with buyers, suppliers, logistics, and internal customers to protect project schedules.
Requirements
- Professional-level experience in procurement expediting or a related supply chain function.
- Experience tracking purchase orders, supplier commitments, and shipments.
- Ability to coordinate across procurement, logistics, suppliers, and internal customers.
- Ability to identify delivery risks and escalate issues proactively.
