Sr Analyst (FP&A;)

Location: Teparuk, Thailand. Travel: None.

hirify.global operates a Teparuk manufacturing facility producing nano-recording heads for hard disk drives.

What you will do

• Manage and consolidate actual, forecast, and budget financial reporting for HDD manufacturing operations.
• Analyze performance against historical results, budgets, forecasts, and strategic targets.
• Coordinate financial questions and answers between site finance, Corporate, and controlling functions.
• Partner with the business to align financial activities with business priorities.
• Prepare financial reports and present analysis to support management decision-making.
• Handle ad hoc analysis, requests, and assignments while maintaining focus on customer expectations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of work experience.
• Knowledge of accounting functions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, teamwork, and learning skills.
• Good command of English.
• Computer skills with Microsoft Office, SAP, Tableau, and Knime.
