FP&A Manager, BKK Plant

Location: Samut Prakan, Thailand; on-site five days per week

What you will do

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports with financial analysis and business insights.
• Analyze P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements, explain variances, and develop executive dashboards and KPIs.
• Lead annual budgeting and monthly and quarterly forecasting processes.
• Build scenario simulations, sensitivity analyses, business cases, and profitability analyses for products, business units, and projects.
• Identify financial risks and opportunities, recommend improvement actions, and partner with business functions to improve performance.
• Coordinate month-end and year-end closing, statutory reporting, tax, internal controls, and audit activities.

Requirements

• Experience in financial planning, forecasting, management reporting, and business analysis.
• Ability to analyze financial statements and explain key variances.
• Experience with budgeting, scenario analysis, profitability analysis, and financial risk assessment.
• Knowledge of year-end closing, journal vouchers, accruals, financial adjustments, statutory reporting, and audit support.
• Ability to improve reporting processes, data accuracy, efficiency, and internal controls.
