What you will do

• Partner with business leaders to develop operational plans and analyze drivers of top-line performance and spend behavior.
• Drive ARR modeling and analysis, focusing on growth levers and untangling plan variances across the customer base.
• Build ad hoc financial models to support C-Suite initiatives, including Earnings support, BOD content, and OPEX/headcount scenario planning.
• Develop clear and digestible content for recurring presentations such as QBRs and Board of Directors materials.
• Serve as a power user of Anaplan, PowerBI, Tableau, and AI tools to improve productivity for the FP&A team and business partners.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in FP&A or similar analytical roles.
• Must be based in or able to work in Burlington, Massachusetts (Hybrid model).
• Proficiency in Excel with the ability to build flexible, dynamic models from scratch.
• Strong ability to synthesize complex details and communicate findings effectively to various audiences.
• High level of organization and attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with the SaaS industry and its core metrics.
• Experience with Tableau, PowerBI, Anaplan, and AI tools (e.g., MSFT Copilot, Claude).
