Non-Technical Project/Program Management III (B3) (Supply Chain)

Location: Phoenix, AZ, United States. Travel required up to 20% of the time. Relocation eligible.

Salary: $88,000.00–$121,000.00 per year, plus potential bonus and stock awards.

What you will do

• Manage strategic continuous improvement projects within the Reverse Value Chain and Applied Global Services segments.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and develop and execute projects that improve operational efficiency.
• Analyze cycle-time performance, process variances, efficiency metrics, and KPIs using Excel and Tableau.
• Evaluate process issues, perform root cause analysis, and lead corrective improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and drive accountability in a matrix-managed organization.
• Present project results and recommendations to senior leadership and global teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or another technical discipline.
• 7+ years of project management experience, preferably in process improvement and large-scale global projects.
• Experience in global logistics or supply chain within a large organization.
• Project Management Professional certification required; Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification preferred at minimum.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and advanced search functions, Microsoft Office, project management tools, and Tableau.
• Strong prioritization, organization, communication, presentation, leadership, and root cause analysis skills.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of SAP.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
