Manager, Financial and Regulatory Reporting

Location: Onsite in Lone Tree, Colorado, United States

Salary: USD 115,000–130,000 per year, plus eligibility for bonus or incentive opportunities.

What you will do

• Manage the change management process for financial and regulatory reporting.
• Partner with technology and business teams to automate reporting workflows.
• Use data analytics to identify trends, investigate anomalies, and improve data quality.
• Evaluate complex reporting processes and implement control and efficiency improvements.
• Support the integration of new products into established reporting frameworks.
• Collaborate with product, technology, risk, accounting, and other business teams to strengthen reporting accuracy and data governance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related field.
• Banking or financial services experience with knowledge of banking products.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, SQL, Alteryx, and Tableau.
• Data analytics skills, including identifying trends, investigating anomalies, and translating data into actionable insights.
• Strong communication, presentation, problem-solving, decision-making, prioritization, and deadline-management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with financial, regulatory, or risk reporting processes.
• Experience applying data governance practices to improve data quality, reporting accuracy, and control effectiveness.
• Experience with change management in a regulated or business-led development environment.
• Process improvement and scalable workflow implementation experience.
• Cross-functional collaboration and adaptability in response to changing regulatory and business requirements.
