Location: Remote from Argentina, Colombia, Brazil, Costa Rica, Chile, or Peru; working hours aligned with U.S. business hours

is hiring for a client that needs reliable data analytics, business intelligence, reporting, and data engineering capabilities.
What you will do
- Collect, clean, organize, and analyze business data to identify trends, anomalies, and performance drivers.
- Write, maintain, and optimize SQL queries across relational databases and structured datasets.
- Build and maintain dashboards and recurring reports in Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar BI platforms.
- Build or maintain data pipelines and integrations between business systems and reporting environments.
- Automate recurring reporting and data preparation workflows to reduce manual spreadsheet work.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define reporting requirements, metrics, recommendations, and actionable insights.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, data engineering, or a related role.
- Strong hands-on SQL skills and experience with databases or data warehouses.
- Experience with Excel or Google Sheets and at least one BI or visualization platform, such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, data validation, and reporting reliability skills.
- Ability to communicate technical findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Professional working English and availability during U.S. business hours; candidates must be based in one of the specified Latin American countries.
Nice to have
- Python for data analysis or automation.
- Experience building or maintaining data pipelines and integrating data from multiple systems.
- Familiarity with cloud-based databases, data warehouses, data modeling, or reporting architecture.
- Experience automating recurring reporting workflows or supporting executive reporting.
